Mr. Zachary Keenan works to my left and has some pretty great hand drawn style (along with a great taste in music). He’s recently decided to venture out on his own and start freelancing. So as of this last spring we recently got back into our studio space in the Warehouse District of Minneapolis. This time, however, we decided to switch things up a bit and instead of working there alone, we have rented out desk space to four other individuals. Over the last five years we had really missed the comradery of working in a shared space alongside cool people, so you can imagine how psyched we were when four very talented and exceptionally nice folks (plus one dog) signed up! I’ve been a big fan of Andrew Kolb for awhile now. His wonderful illustration work has just the right amount of retro flare mixed with pop culture. It is surprising and lovely—full of humor and graphic eye candy. Be sure to check out his portfolio and blog—he’s also a great follow in Pinterest.
